Adel Al-Shabaan

Adel Al-Shabaan is the Managing Director of Health.Links, working in partnership with Press Ganey, the global leader in driving improvement in healthcare. During his 20+ years career, he had the opportunity of obtaining a wide knowledge in the healthcare industry across various domains: strategy, provision, operations and research.

Adel is very passionate about improving patient experience in the Middle East through developing programs that would help patients receive the care they deserve and support them in their healing journey. He holds a Masters degree in Biopharmacy from King’s College London.
